York Simcoe Chapter held its annual EWGA Chapter Championship Sunday, July 17th at Cardinal RedCrest. The competition conditions were excellent with the course being in great shape and the weather was perfect.
The Scramble division proved very exciting as a 3 level scorecard playoff was needed to determine the winners.
Many thanks to our lovely volunteers Chris Payne and Maria Ruksa for their help with registration, photography, and on course support for the competitors. Special thanks to Carol Buchinski for taking on the very important role of Rules Official and to Anne Jessop as our Chapter Championship Director for organizing the event. There are links to the photos of the winners and more pictures of the event will appear soon.
Access the full results on the EWGA website.
Thanks to all our participants and congratulations to all our winners!
Good luck to all the Low Gross, Low Net and Scramble Team winners who are advancing to the Upper Middle East Semi-Finals being held at Quail Hollow Country Club in Painesville, Ohio on Aug 27.
