Red Crest – Booking Your Tee Times
Call the 905-841-7378, ask for RedCrest Proshop and state that you are part of the EWGA league on Tuesdays and would like to reserve a tee time for the specific date – you may reserve your tee time up to 7 days in advance).
NOTE: there is no online booking
If you are booking for more than one person, you must provide the other names of each of the players – each member is booked individually into the system
If you would like to bring a guest – who is not registered with the EWGA – they can be booked in as EWGA Guest. There are limited guest spots available – however we encourage ladies to play as a guest and hopefully register to play with our group
If you are an EWGA GTA or Waterloo member please book using the profile EWGA Guest as well. But be sure to sign the book at the proshop when you check in.
If you book for your group or another person – make sure that you notify your group. Also do not simply play in another person’s place if you have not booked a time in advance. The original player should be cancelled and re-book with your own name
Please do not shy away from calling in a request for a single player – the mandate of this league is to open up opportunity for women to golf!
If you did not reserve a tee time in advance – but wish to play at the last minute – please call the proshop before 4pm and there will likely be open spots or we will do our best to create spots
Please adhere to a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Presently the course is not charging for no shows but if this becomes a problem – then they will look at charging for no shows.
Weather Cancellation Notification Process
If the course is closed due to weather, they will email and call all bookings as soon they know – so please make sure the email address and phone # the course has on file is the one you can be reached at
Feel free to call the course to inquire about the status of play – it may be bad in Toronto and fine in York-Simcoe!
If there is bad weather – however the course is NOT closed, the proshop would prefer you still call to cancel. Obviously 24 hours is not required if the weather is very bad.
The course will not be calling to notify you of “bad” weather – ONLY if the course is closed due to inclement weather. So it is your responsibility to manage bad weather play.
